Latest: IRON NEST — PATCH 1.0 (1577)
The developer's 1577 list covers a mouse cursor sometimes missing after tabbing out during intros, cinematics, or transitions; mission events, turret position, and movement not resetting correctly; interaction and system log spam; Russian, Spanish, and Polish mission localization errors; and off-center spotters in Blindfire. The improvement list names error detection and reporting, random crashes on some systems, lower RAM and VRAM use, crater visuals, and log spam. It also adds a stopwatch horizontal-offset setting for ultrawide monitors and removes the pause-menu Chromatic Aberration effect.
IRON NEST — PATCH 1.0 (1558)
Patch 1558 lists save-file corruption and failure to enter missions after a crash among its fixes. It also names disappearing cat eyes on Very Low settings, elevation and its linkage lever not resetting after leaving a mission following a shot, duplicated patron-name fragments on cannons, a carried-cat state after mission completion, and engine-control lights. The improvement section addresses some cases where the mouse could not move after loading and Discord code generation or account-linking issues. A Motion Blur toggle was added for screen-shake events.
IRON NEST — PATCH 1.0 (1547)
Patch 1547 lists Czech and French localization errors that affected mission intel. Its other listed fixes concern a cat-drop tooltip, interaction with the coffee machine when returning to the main menu, a submit button that did not respond in certain pause-menu scenarios, and an incorrect or duplicated newspaper and record at the end of the High Tide mission. The post also directs reports and feedback to the developer's dedicated Steam report hub.
Launch: IRON NEST is now fully operational
The August 6 announcement marks the full launch of IRON NEST and embeds the official launch trailer. It also announced an increased launch discount at that time. How to use this patch index
Start with 1577 because it is the latest official item in the checked snapshot, then read backward if the issue area appeared in an earlier post. Match your question to the developer's literal scope. “Improved random crashes on some systems” is not a guarantee of zero crashes; “reduced RAM and VRAM usage” is not a benchmark; and a listed fix is not proof that this site reproduced the original problem or the result.
For persistent problems, use the official report destination and include the build, system context, and reproducible steps requested by the developer. The Troubleshooting page reorganizes only developer-listed issue areas. It does not add registry edits, save deletion, or community fixes.
