1. Receive the Order

Orders arrive through the teleprinter. Read the task before touching another system. Identify the target information and any mission condition the current order actually provides.

2. Read the Essential Information

Separate what the order states from what still has to be measured. Do not carry a value from an earlier task into a new one unless the current game explicitly tells you to do so.

3. Measure on the Tactical Map

The tactical map connects the written order to spatial information. Official release-context images show grid references, markers, distance in kilometers, and bearing in degrees. Use the current map display as the source for the task in front of you.

4. Use the Fire-Control Interface

The in-game fire-control interface receives map-derived information and returns settings used later in the firing process. This guide explains its place in the loop, not every control or edge case.

5. Prepare Ammunition and Loading

The developer FAQ places ammunition choice and powder-charge handling inside the gunnery loop. Follow the current mission and in-game interface. This field manual does not provide a universal ammunition answer or a charge-to-distance table.

6. Set and Fire the Guns

Apply the elevation and horizontal direction shown by the current in-game process, complete the loading steps, arm the intended gun configuration, and fire only when the task is ready. Exact controls belong to the current game interface.

7. Review the Outcome

The loop ends with review. Check the mission result, map information, reconnaissance material, teleprinter messages, or other feedback shown by the game. Use new information for the next task rather than treating one result as a universal rule.

Keep the Loop Organized

The Mission Checklist turns this broad sequence into a browser-local list. It is useful for remembering the order of work, but it does not contain mission answers.

Current Boundary

This page does not provide a complete control list, mission walkthrough, universal firing solution, or guaranteed result. Values and interactions may change with the game. Check the live interface and linked developer sources when a detail matters.
